Bug#480650: libqt4-gui: libQtOpenGL.so.4 missing

(I discovered this problem when stellarium stopped work following
an upgrade to the latest 'testing'.)

apt-file indicates that libQtOpenGL.so.4 is provided by libqt4-gui:

	lasagne# apt-file search libQtOpenGL.so.4
	libqt4-debug: /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4.3.4.debug
	libqt4-gui: /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4   <---------------------
	libqt4-gui: /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4.3
	libqt4-gui: /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4.3.4
	lasagne# 

But, although I have the package installed:

	lasagne# dpkg -l libqt4-gui  | grep ^ii
	ii  libqt4-gui        4.4.0~rc1-5             Qt 4 GUI module
	lasagne# 

the file is not in the package:

	lasagne# dpkg -L libqt4-gui | grep /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL.so.4
	lasagne# 

and does not exist:

	lasagne# ls -ld /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL*
	ls: cannot access /usr/lib/libQtOpenGL*: No such file or directory
	lasagne# 

Something seems a bit screwed up there.
