Bug#474715: kopete: no TLS support for Jabber account

The latest upgrade broke TLS/SSL support. When connecting to a Jabber
account it shows an error dialog saying

"SSL support could not be initialized for account
user@example.org. This is most likely because the QCA TLS plugin is
not installed on your system."
