Bug#469310: new upstream bug URL

The KDE folks told me to open a bug with poppler.  
They closed their bug and I opened this bug with the poppler develpers:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14883

Could this bug be assigned to poppler instead of Okular here on Debian as 
well?
