On a sid system, I have just performed
* aptitude install kde
* log in with KDE as the session (via gdm)
When I launch kcontrol, it is totally blank (as per
attached picture).
There is no console output for the invocation.
This reminds me a little of #244547. Looking at the
solution there,
un kdebase-libs <none> (no description available)
However, if it wasn't pulled in by "kde", surely I
shouldn't need it for using kcontrol...
