Hello James:
I have the suspicion that could be a flash plugin problem. Please try
disabling plugins globally in:
Preferences->Configure Konqueror->Plugins->uncheck enable plugins globally
After this please report back.
Also take into account that only bugs tagged as secutiry concerns or
critical are addressed in minor stable revisions, and hence this one wouldn't
go into that category.
