Bug#465193: kicker: Changing "command" changes icon

1. Suppose that you add emacs22 to the KDE panel by right-clicking and
   choosing "Add Application to Panel".  The icon is that of emacs22.

2. Right-click on the newly-created icon and choose "Configure
   Emacs 22 (X11) Button . . .";

3. Go to the "Application" panel and change "Command"
   from "/usr/bin/emacs22" to
   "env XMODIFIERS=@im=NONE /usr/bin/emacs22" ,
   and click on "OK".

4. Then, the icon on the panel changes!

How should one recover the original icon?  Searching around, I
eventually found it's 

  /usr/share/emacs/22.1/etc/images/icons/emacs_48.png

but that was painful.  I hope this behavior will be fixed.
