Dear maintainers, 

I have discovered, that kde (I suppose it is kdebase) inhibits the use of
acpid. Especially the powerbutton, to shut it down. This is what the log of acpi
is telling me:

It looks for me, that there are some problems with the rights. 

If I am wrong with the package "kdebase", please forward this report 
to the maintainer(s) with the correct package.
