Bug#460275: konqueror: Workaround

Followup-For: Bug #460275
After following the instructions at
http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/experimental.html
the konqueror preferences are working again. I.e. installing
kdebase-workspace and kdebase fixed the problem.
I guess I should not close this bug since konqueror probably should have
depended on the neccesary libraries (correct me if I'm wrong). Anyway,
it works for me now.
