Akregator is a pretty cool feeds reader, but it doesn't fetch the embedded 
images, so when someones using it in offline more they won't be able to see 
those images. 

My suggestion is the implementation of an option in akregator so users can 
choose if they want the images to be downloaded (and then shown) or not.
