Hi! Please don't file bugs yet against KDE4 packages. They are not ready for prime time and will be heavily changed. We're working on co-installability of kde4-runtime and kde3-base right now, but some issues still need to be resolved. If you find bugs in KDE4 itself please file them at bugs.kde.org.
