FWIW, WebKit's gdk "port" uses qmake, as well as the Qt "port". Also,
FWIW, Debian's WebKit source package (coming really soon, #428855) will
build both ports, so it will build depend on libqt4-dev, qmake being in
it or not.

I don't feel an express need for a separate qmake for Debian, but maybe
some users might want it.

Anyways, if you put qmake aside, please make libqt4-dev depend on it.
