Bug#437956: please mention that akregator supports Atom in description

Although akregator supports Atom feeds, the short description suggests 
that it doesn't ("RSS feed aggregator for KDE").
Changing that to "KDE feed aggregator" or "KDE RSS and Atom feed 
aggregator" should solve this issue.
