Package: kscreensaver
Version: 4:3.3.2-1
Severity: wishlist

Suppose I look at my screen and see a screensaver that I particularly
like or dislike. There's no easy way to find out what its name is.

Therefore, I suggest an option to enable a key (say, F1 by default)
which when pressed while a screensaver is active, temporarily (say, 3
seconds by default) displays the name of that screensaver, as it
appears in the list of screensavers in the screensaver configuration
panel. It would be nice if the key just superimposed the name on the
running screensaver (it would need its own rectangle of background to
ensure it's readable); but it would serve the main purpose to
interrupt the screensaver with the display of its name, resuming the
screensaver afterwards; and it would still serve the main purpose if
the name display terminated the screensaver like normal keypresses.
Even more barebones, but still much better than what we can do today,
would be a shell command that would tell me what was the last
screensaver that was activatived.
