Bug#433581: inconsistent .desktop file

Severity: minor

The .desktop menu file points to the "designer" icon, which is not
provided by this pacjkage but by kdebase-data.

So, either the icon is included here, or kdebase-data should be a
dependency (which is probably not a good idea...).
