Package: kmix
Version: 4:3.5.7-2
Severity: normal

Hi,

with one of the recent updates, the mute and volume keys of my hp
compaq nc 8000 do not work any more. When I "configure global
shortcuts" in kmix, the buttons are correctly recognized as
"XF86AudioRaiseVolume", "XF86AudioLowerVolume" and "XF86Audioute", but
pushing them during normal usage does not have any effect.

This used to work earlier.

Greetings
Marc

Choosing "Hewlett-Packard Omnibook XE3 GC" solved the issue for me.

I didn't find that option, but my mixer has started behaving again.
Closing the bug.
