Bug#430351: kmix: mute/volume control from notebook keys do not work

With that keyboard selected, configuring the shortcuts does not work
at all. The keystrokes on the special buttons are simply ignored.

The mixer works fine when operated with the mouse. Can I select the
master channel from the GUI?
