Bug#430915: kcontrol: Ditto here

Package: kcontrol
Version: 4:3.5.7-1
Followup-For: Bug #430915

I am experiencing the same behaviour using the packages currently in Testing.
My other machine is running Unstable, and does not experience this
problem.

At this point my solution is to use Gnome, but Oh I feel Sooooooo
restricted!
