The description of this package could use some capitalization.  Instead
of:

Description: mp3 and mpeg I audio and video library
 mpeglib is a mpeg I and mp3 audio and video library. It supports
 mpeg I audio (layers I, II, III), mpeg I video, mpeg I system layer,
 and wav playback.

I'd say

Description: MP3 and MPEG-1 audio and video library
 mpeglib is a MPEG-1 and MP3 audio and video library. It supports
 MPEG-1 audio (layers 1, 2, 3), MPEG-1 video, MPEG-1 system layer,
 and WAV playback.
