The following is an extract from the kdebase-data changelog. The change
mentionned here has not been applied in desktop-base. As a consequence, the
debian-kde_default.png.desktop is no longer available neither in testing, nor
in unstable.


kdebase (4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-3) unstable; urgency=high

  * Remove debian kde background, it will be provided by desktop-base:
    * debian-kde_default.png.desktop
    * 21_default_background_image.diff.uu
    * 22_default_backgrounds.diff

I suggest that the above change be reverted.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux unstable, kernel 2.6.18-3 and kdebase
3.5.5a.dfsg.1-5.
