Bug#292524: marked as done (ICQ contacts show up as Status Not Available)

Version: 3.3.2-1

I connect to the ICQ network successfully and people can see me online
but all of my contacts in ICQ come up as Status Not Available.

Other protocols are not affected. This happens from multiple machines on
multiple networks. 

The last thing I did was add a new contact to MSN before this started.
Looks similar to this perhaps?
