Bug#414991: kview: Bogus error message when file can not be read

Package: kview
Version: 4:3.5.5-3
Severity: normal

When a file can not be read due to insufficient permissions (EG
chmod 0 file.jpg) then the error message displayed in the bottom line of the
kview window is "Unknown image format: file.jpg".

It should say "access denied" or something similar. The current broken error
message confuses novice users.
