Thank you for the pointer.
I tested it and could send a mail from my Palm IIIc via PC and KMail successfully,
but there is no date line in the produced mail:

The Popmail-Conduit should add a proper date line, otherwise it would be
displayed on recipient side not in the right order.
Another point is the addidtional signature sign "-- " automaticly added by
Popmail-Conduit after mail body. Please let it work like KMail does and keep it
in users responsibility to put such a sign into his signature file.
This has the benefit to put a greeting footer on top of the signature file.
