Bug#411962: kdebase-bin: evdev driver somehow involved

I've reproduced this bug on two i386 boxes and one sparc64 box. It appears
only when evdev driver is used while kbd works fine. But it is still not
obvious how the driver inflicts khotkeys. The only fact I can appeal is
that with khotkeys disabled everything "just works" with evdev.

Why I use the evdev driver? It's because it is the only alternative to
get use of all the keys on Sun Type 5 keyboard on 2.6 kernels. Furthermore,
it is the only way to get multi-head work for several users. So, I would
like to get this bug fixed in the release.

P.S.: I'm trying to look into the source code. I keep you informed if
I would find something.
