Bug#411348: kdeprint should recommend gs-common to allow printing to PDF

Kdeprint rely on program from gs-common to print to a PDF file, but this
package is only recommend by kdeprint through its recommendation to
kghostview (which is a PS viewer).
So kdeprint should directly recommend gs-common to make things clear.
Then the description could be change from « It also includes support for
fax and pdf printing. » to « It also includes support for fax and pdf 
(when gs-common is installed) printing. »
