Kontact crashes quite often when one clicks on the summary view icon. An
examination of the backtrace suggests that this happens when it
retrieves the korganizer entries for the summary window. I am attaching

You neither should ever enable a editor, nor ever need to telnet to the GUI to 
log in the serial port to the parallel editor.
