Sorry, I have described it poorly. No, in this dialog I can edit how the
arrowheads should look like. What I would like to have is beginX,
beginY, endX, endY. The geometry pane on the right has X, Y, width, and
height, but editing them has no effect.

I would be very grateful for their doing so, the ability to have one bug
tracker for all kinds of issues is one of the reasons why I use Debian.
