Package: kword Version: 1:1.4.2-7 Severity: normal When I paste into a cell of a table, nothing happens. Sometimes the display changes slightly, with some of the lines of the table obscured (I mean the lines around the cell boundaries). However, the contents don't appear to be updated. I did a print preview, which also does not show the pasted text. So I think this an issue with the underlying model (the document) rather than the view (the display on the screen). I also tried several view modes; the pasted text appears in none of them. I've seen the same problem various ways. Here's one recipe: 1. Start kword (from KDE task bar). 2. Select new document, text layout, US letter. 3. Type a few lines of text: ---------------------- I am a few lines of text ----------------------- 4. From the menu, select Insert | Table. 5. Make it a 2 x 2 table and click OK. 6. Click after the text, at the left margin, to set the insertion point for the table. 7. Highlight the previously typed 3 lines of text. 8. ^c 9. Click on the top right cell. 10 ^v The highlight text should appear in the cell. It doesn't. Selecting a few words from a single line also doesn't work. Doing this repeatedly does not seem to produce more .xsession-errors. However, here are some excerpts from the end of that file in case they are relevant: ------------------------------------------------- X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3 Major opcode: 20 Minor opcode: 0 Resource id: 0x3c00d78 kword: WARNING: KWFrameSet::findAnchor anchor not found (frameset='Table 1' frameNum=0) kword: WARNING: KWFrameSet::findAnchor anchor not found (frameset='Table 1' frameNum=0) ASSERT: "lst.count() == 1" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./lib/kotext/kotextformat.cc (255) ASSERT: "lst.count() == 1" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./lib/kotext/kotextformat.cc (255) ASSERT: "lst.count() == 1" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./lib/kotext/kotextformat.cc (255) ASSERT: "lst.count() == 1" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./lib/kotext/kotextformat.cc (255) ASSERT: "lst.count() == 1" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./lib/kotext/kotextformat.cc (255) ASSERT: "lst.count() == 1" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./lib/kotext/kotextformat.cc (255) ASSERT: "lst.count() == 1" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./lib/kotext/kotextformat.cc (255) ASSERT: "lst.count() == 1" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./lib/kotext/kotextformat.cc (255) ASSERT: "m_oldParagLayout" in /home/sid-user/koffice/koffice-1.4.2/./kword/kwcommand.cc (311) X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3 Major opcode: 19 Minor opcode: 0 Resource id: 0x4c00003 X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3 Major opcode: 19 Minor opcode: 0 Resource id: 0x4c011d9 (abiword:15873): GnomePrintCupsPlugin-WARNING **: iconv does not support ppd character encoding: ISOLatin1, trying CSISOLatin1 GnomePrintCupsPlugin-Message: The ppd file for the CUPS printer MSWindowsPrinter could not be loaded. no more info given -- Genius, I cannot cancel the case of a attachment, how does it work? You should telnet from the UltraDMA IP Internet address on the port, this way you neither can get access over a MIDI monitor, nor must explore a mousepad.Attachment: pgpiNvelGqmmx.pgp
