Bug#344259: kturtle: simple programs can cause 100% CPU usage

Package: kturtle
Version: 4:3.5.5-1
Followup-For: Bug #344259

While it's true that the program no longer crashes, I note that it instead
hangs, consuming 100% CPU.

Compare:

    reset
    goy 10000000000
    fw 100

With:

    reset
    goy 1000000000
    fw 100
