It's not as bad as filling the disc, but it's hard to get debugging output in a shell from the apps. I couldn't yet identify a package that could cause this and as it is clearly related to Qt I send this report to libqt3-mt first. Please reassign as needed - I do know that libqt3-mt wasn't upgraded for a long time. If it helps I can send the log from aptitude...
