Apparently it depends on kdewebdev which is also not installable due to a number of other dependencies. I'm currently installing the kde subpackages to see how much I can install the hard way.  :)  kde-core is being installed as I type this.

  that's not true in unstable, and it's just a matter of time in
testing. kdesdk is blocked due to many transitions going on, so you have
to wait until kdesdk enters into testing again.
