Bug#392451: Undefined symbol in konqueror modules

These types of errors are occassionally encountered when upgrading. A
restart of X (or the whole system) should almost certainly fix it
(we've had such reports in the past, and they always go away). Rather
than block the release, I'm downgrading this bug's severity for the
moment, but if I'm wrong and a reset doesn't make the problem go away,
let us know.

Upon starting konqueror as a file manager (using the "Home (Personal
Files)" link on the K menu, popups indicate there were errors loading
modules used by Konqueror, all reporting that the

symbol is undefined in /usr/lib/kde3/konq_{icon,list}view.so.
Konqueror then starts up in the Photobook mode, with no images
