I have the same problem, but this is more likely a window manager bug, and it is not limited to konsole. The problem appears if my window focus policy is anything other than "Click to Focus". If I then have two windows that overlap and move the mouse between them, the focus switches rapidly between them, rendering both unusable. Dofri Jonsson
