Hi!

Sorry, my mistake: kdelibs was unrelated to this bug so its update of 
course did not change the task bar's behaviour...

Todays kdebase update actually ssolvees the problem.

[AKTUALISIERUNG] kdebase 4:3.5.4-2 -> 4:3.5.5-1
[AKTUALISIERUNG] kdebase-bin 4:3.5.4-2+b2 -> 4:3.5.5-1
[AKTUALISIERUNG] kdebase-data 4:3.5.4-2 -> 4:3.5.5-1
