In my opinion, no. But if you really want this behaviour to be in KDE you 
will have to open a wishlist in the bugzilla of KDE an advocate your 
request yourself (most of the Debian maintainer are not KDE developper).

If you do so, please send the bug number of this new KDE wishlist back to 
391150@bugs.debian.org
