Bug#384705: kate: If you mv/rm a file Kate's editing, the save-as option is useless.

If you delete or move a file that kate is editing, kate will open a
dialog asking you to "Save as.." to a new file. The edit buffer looks
like it is still safely there, but the file saved is blank. The edit
buffer finally appears blank after the useless save. 
If the user moves a file being edited, and uses that dialog to save their
kate edit buffer to the new file location, their file is now destroyed.
