Bug#383787: kpdf: didn't watch file any more

when I use kile to compile a tex file to pdf file and open it by kpdf
,then I modify the tex file and recompile it and found kpdf no long
reload the pdf file,and I should close the pdf file and reopen it
again.Several days ago I remember kpdf will watch the file and reload
automaticly
