Bug#364448: Additional info

1. On the console, I get the same three "call to deprecated.." messages.
2. The backtrace seems to be the same, too.
3. When I remove the folder ~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/imap I can start kmail.
Then, I get the three messages above, embedded in a plethora of
| kmail: WARNING: [void KMFolderImap::setImapPath(const QString&)]
| ignoring empty path
messages. When closing kmail, it crashes then in a a call to
KMKernel::cleanup() (that's the only symbol visible in the backtrace, I can
add the full backtrace if needed).
4. The deleted directory gets recreated and kmail then crashes on next start
again.
5. The deleted dir contains only one file called "1293281333" with size zero.
Further, it contains some hidden files and dirs (I wonder why they are
hidden). Just deleting that file also works.
6. On startup (after deleting the dir) kmail first asks for the IMAP passwork
and then displays the initial folders. For a short time, the folder of the
IMAP account has the name "1293281333" until it then is updated to reflect
the name I gave it.

For the record, I'm connecting to an Exchange IMAP.

cheers

Uli
