Description: Animated gifs do not loop, even with Animation set to "Enabled". 
Loading a page from the web with an animated gif will load the image once, 
and the image will not loop further.
Solution: Edited configuration file /home/$HOME/.kde/share/config/konquerorrc
Changed "ShowAnimations=Enabled" to "ShowAnimations=true"
