When Kopete Launches for the first time the configuration screen comes
up and shows the words "Empty Page" at the top.  The white feild to the
right where the connection medium types is supposed to be is very
narrow.  Help and Defaults do not work.  This bug is actualy severe
because you cannot specify accounts and thus cannot use kopete.

Since this problem was not reproducible I assume it was a local problem of 
your installation. Therefore I am closing this bug.
