Bug#358869: qt4-qtconfig: qtconfig-qt4 doesn't ever save changes, which makes it useless

I run qtconfig-qt4 (or just qtconfig with /etc/alternatives set up for
this) and can do some changes, such as selecting the CDE look instead
of motif.  I then save and exit.  Rerunning qtconfig shows the
old motif again though, and my qt4 app also looks like motif.

Seems the changes isn't saved at all.  The same problem exists on i386.
