It is difficult to read threads when people use broken agents that do
not include References: headers on followup.  It would be much easier if
KNode supported pseudothreading, i.e. grouping messages with the same
(modulo a possible /^(re(\[[0-9]+\])|aw)?:[ \t]*/ prefix) subject
together.  Take a look at Mutt mail client's option `strict_threads'.

knode do weak threading by subject on Sid/KDE 3.5.1.
