Bug#354594: quanta: Unnecessary dialog box when inserting an already-existing file into a project

Copy a new file into your project directory or otherwise crate one.
Try to add the file to the project using the Files pane. Quanta will
ask you to confirm overwriting the file with itself. This is unneccessary,
since the file is already in place. The dialog should ot appear, since the
file can be safely added to the project.
