Package: konsole
Version: 4:3.1.3-1
Severity: normal

When "bell" is set to "System Notification" it does not make any sound;
"None" and "Visible Bell" work perfectly ;-)
In fact, "None" and "System Notification" do the same, the icon at the
toolbar changes until other key is pressed.

Other x-terminals work as expected, I've tried gnome-terminal,
multi-gnome-terminal, rxvt, xterm without problems, all have working
bells.

I use konsole under gnome, if it matters.
