Bug#350930: klipper fills with graphic selections from OOo -- workaround patch

When using OpenOffice.org Impress and Draw, or GNUPlot, Klipper is flooded with
graphic selections.
Lubos Lunak points out this happens because their clipboard implementations lack
the required TIMESTAMP target (ICCCM, section 2.6.2 at the end), so that Klipper
cannot determine when the clipboard contents change.
Lubos has provided a workaround while these applications fix their clipboard
implementations (cf. http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=61402). I
request this patch be included in Debian's next release of Klipper. The patch is
available at http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101087 or KDEbase SVN commit
504109.
