Bug#347353: qt4-x11: FTBFS on alpha ('q_atomic_test_and_set_ptr' was not declared)

qt4-x11 is FTBFS'ing in alpha, it looks like the problem is a misnamed
function implementation in src/corelib/arch/alpha/arch/qatomic.h. If I'm
reading correctly the function named q_atomic_test_and_set_release_ptr should
be named q_atomic_test_and_set_ptr
