Bug#345274: konqueror: Knonqueror fails to load spacific ssl encrypted page claiming server timeout.

While attempting to load page

konqueror stops claiming a server timeout. however mozilla firefox and
outher browsers are able to load page correctly. The page in question is
encrypted with 168bit DES-CBC3-SHA and if the encryption options in
konqueror's settings are completely disabled the page loads fine and
does claim to be encrypted. If any further information is required
