Bug#255641: marked as done (ark should also suggest bzip2 and others)

If you want to be able to open compressed files without having ark asking you 
which program to use, you are likely to need bzip2. I'm not sure if following 
are part of the base install, but they might have to be suggested to: tar and 
gzip.

ark even recommends bzip2. As for gzip and tar, no comments.
