Bug#337821: kdeprint: configuring cups printer does not work

The changes are written to $HOME/.lpoptions but do not effect printing. My
version of cups is:

ii  cupsys-client 1.1.23-12 Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - client programs (SysV)
ii  libcupsys2    1.1.23-12 Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - libs
