Bug#336404: kweather: Some stations doesn't apper in config dialog

Some of the weather stations that are available on stations.dat
are not available through the config tree dialog

An example is LEVD, Europe, Spain that exists on stations.dat but is
not selectable in config dialog

Seems a forward to stream bug
