We have reproduced this and determined that it is due to ABI breakage in gcc 
[1].  Rebuilding kdelibs with the current gcc fixes this, if you want to do 
so locally.  The release team needs to decide if rebuilding kdelibs on all 
arches is the correct thing to do at this time or not, as KDE is close to 
being able to transition to testing.
